On-Call Food Production Associate

Pay: $16.60/hour

Schedule: Swing Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM (MondayFriday)

Location: Salem OR

GLISS is now hiring reliable hard-working individuals to work on an on-call bases for a fast-paced bottling and packaging facility in Salem OR. This is a great opportunity for anyone ready to work with their hands stay active and needs flexibility with schedule - work when you are available.

Responsibilities:

• Work on a bottling and packaging line

• Stand for the entire shift in a fast-moving environment

• Package label and stack finished products

• Inspect products for quality and consistency

• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area

• Follow all food safety and company guidelines

• Support the team with general production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand for full 8-hour shifts

• Ability to lift and stack boxes regularly 30-50lbs

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety rules

• Prior food production or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
