Job Summary
The Banquet Server is responsible for providing prompt courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests during banquet functions in accordance with Fairmont Copley Plaza standards.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION
- High school diploma and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Long hours sometimes may be required.
- Medium work Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects
MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations.
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
- Must be effective at listening to understanding and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by coworkers and guests.
Additional Information :
The hourly base pay rate is USD $12.25 plus a share of banquet gratuities; total earnings vary based on the number and size of events worked.
