Job Summary
The Omnichannel Outlet Experience Leaders is the leader for our Best Buy Outlet store and a partner for open-box merchandise strategies across the local market. You will be responsible for end-to-end location outcomes and executions including in-store services where applicable. Youll be responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) of your store and the open-box profitability in your immediate area.
In this position youll leverage numerous local partnerships including core retail leaders district/market partners and cross-functional corporate support. The ability to communicate strategize and execute with multiple omnichannel partners is essential for success in this role.

What youll do
- Manage the day-to-day store operations including sales merchandise inventory services operations and stores physical assets and facilities.
- Drive customer growth while creating an outstanding customer and employee experience
- Oversee hiring onboarding coaching performance management and employment decisions.
- Local Training/Nurturing around Outlet Strategy and Benefits for Core Retail and Marketplace at large
Basic Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in business military or related fields
- 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- 1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
- Ability to lift weights of up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail experience
- Consumer electronics industry experience
