Pay Rate: $50.00 $51.00/hr
Schedule: Nights 6:45 PM 7:15 AM
Contract: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 1 year
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse Med-Surg for a 13-week contract in Lawton OK. This role supports a 13-bed medical-surgical unit with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for adult Med-Surg patients
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
- Administer medications and treatments per facility standards
- Support patient safety comfort and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary care team members
- Document patient care accurately in Allscripts
- Follow facility policies infection control and nursing standards
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse license required
- Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg RN experience required
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Allscripts experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts
- Holiday coverage required
