About the Oracle Veteran Internship Program (OVIP):

Oracle is proud to sponsor an internship and integration program that exposestransitioning military veterans and active-duty Military Spouses new to the corporate cultureprovides hands-on job-skill training and experience and offers enhancedprofessional and personal Oracle we are committed to thedevelopment and professional growth of our veterans and military spouses. Our paidinternship program is specifically designed to aidmilitary veterans transitioningservicemembers and active-duty military spouses new to the corporate sectorintheir transition to a career in the private or public sector.

Veterans and Military Spouses accepted into our program will work closely withcorporate leadership military veteran coaches and HR professionals to help preparefor a successful transition. Interns will engage in on-the-job training and professionaldevelopment in fields such as information technology technical/systems consultingtechnical support facilities finance human resources logistics marketing sales ordevelopmental training in sales or for customer support (as available).

The Oracle Health team is building next-generation healthcare technology platforms that meet the needs of providers payers health organizations and patients across the healthcare ecosystem. Responsibilities

  • Support a team of Product Managers that acts as the central resource and driving force for the conception design and launch of Oracle Health products and solutions.

  • Gain an understanding of healthcare providers payers patients and healthcare organizations along with the healthcare technology market and competitive landscape to drive product adoption and customer success.

  • Support product definition from vision to roadmap and detailed product requirements for healthcare-focused solutions and experiences.

  • Influence engineering teams to invest and iterate on features that improve clinical workflows operational efficiency interoperability and patient outcomes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements define user stories and acceptance criteria and support agile product delivery.

  • Track product metrics customer feedback adoption trends and support data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

    Your Qualifications

  • Exposure to Healthcare and Technology is desired.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Experience building value propositions messaging and guidance for customers users and other stakeholders

  • Be able to work with and communicate internally & with the customer at all levels including engineers end-users partners and senior leaders

US: Hiring Range in USD from $19.09 to $36.35 per hour; from: $39700 to $75600 per annum.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
