What youll do
Order Processing:Manage purchase orders from receipt through confirmation processing in the system and triggering work and sales orders. Create and maintain work order packets and paperwork for the shop floor.
Quoting and Customer Coordination:Provide quotes on products and parts respond to customer inquiries and handle updates and issues efficiently.
Shipping and Delivery Coordination:Prepare shipping documents schedule trucks for pick-up and track order progress and inventory of finished parts. Coordinate closely with the shop supervisor and production teams.
Data Management and Reporting:Pull reports update customer information create pricing lists and ensure accurate invoicing and paperwork attachment.
Daily Operations:Multitask across administrative duties including data entry order tracking and communication with internal teams and customers.
Safety First:Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What youll bring

Must-haves:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer literacy
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a huge plus but not required

Nice-to-haves:
Previous data entry and office experience
Experience with quoting and sales support processes
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP QuoteWorks or GoldMine
