The Department of Nursing is seeking a dynamic organized and customer-service oriented individual to support both the Nursing Front Office and Simulation Lab operations. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for students faculty staff and guests while also assisting with the preparation and operation of clinical simulation experiences for undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. This role requires flexibility strong communication skills attention to detail lifting and maneuvering machine equipment and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced academic environment. Some evening or non-traditional hours may be required to support simulation activities outside of the standard 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m. workday.
Desirable Qualifications
Proficiency with Excel and Outlook desired. Customer service skills and experience desirable.
