• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Follow up with residential customers on a periodic basis to ensure that we do not unknowingly skip their window cleaning.
• Write and distribute email correspondence memos letters and forms
• Clean office on a periodic basis
• Wash towels and mops using the company provied washing machine and dryer.
• Handle billing/accounts receivables
• Manage relationships with maintenance companies

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and computers
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

We are looking for courteous self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations office buildings and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work travel between jobs and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation proof of insurance and a valid drivers license to be considered for employment.
