How youll have an impact at Kinders:The Office Manager will play a crucial role in managing our office environment and supporting various aspects of the business This position requires a proactive approach strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Office Management:

• Ensure that the office environment is maintained to high standards for cleanliness maintenance and health and safety regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison with building management to address any facility-related issues or repairs promptly. Ensuring that any necessary improvements are efficiently coordinated.
• Oversee office supplies snacks beverages equipment and vendor relationships ensuring all aspects of the office environment support a productive work atmosphere.
• Coordinate office services including maintenance office and parking badges catering mail and package delivery and special setups for company events.
• Serve as point of contact for internal office/facilities-related inquiries enhancing overall organizational communication.
• Enforce office policies procedures and develop/maintain emergency procedures in case of emergency.
• Assist team members as needed with projects tasks event coordination calendaring expenses travel etc.
• Maintain office seating chart and coordinate IT setup for new hires parking badges etc.

• 3-5 years experience in office management and admin support.
• A people person with a yes attitude who enjoys wearing many hats.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook Teams etc.
• Comfortable being the face of the office as you will be the first-person visitors see when they arrive.

The position is based out of our office in Walnut Creek CA with five days in the office each week.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $105000- $115000 per year.The salary range posted for this role reflects the good-faith base pay range Kinders reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting and may vary based on the location of the role. Individual compensation within the posted range will be determined based on factors such as relevant education experience qualifications skills and business needs.
