Office Manager
Job Summary
Agemark Senior Living is looking for a full-time Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of one of our senior living communities. This is a role for an organized people-focused professional who thrives on keeping things running smoothly supporting employees and leaders and creating a welcoming experience for residents families and visitors.
As the Office Manager youll be a key part of the leadership team helping ensure the community runs smoothly while supporting hiring onboarding human resources payroll and administrative operations.
- Partner with community leadership to recruit hire and onboard new team members.
- Post job openings coordinate interviews prepare offer letters and manage pre-employment processes including background checks and onboarding.
- Support employees with benefits policies payroll questions and other HR-related needs.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and handle confidential employee information with discretion.
- Manage daily office operations and administrative processes that keep the community organized and efficient.
- Process invoices deposits move-in and move-out paperwork and other business office functions.
- Assist with payroll workers compensation reporting and regulatory documentation.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal requirements.
- Welcome residents families visitors and prospective employees with professionalism and warmth.
- Serve as a trusted resource for team members helping answer questions and solve problems with a positive customer-focused approach.
- Support community events communication and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Two or more years of experience in office management human resources recruiting accounting or a similar administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A positive attitude strong work ethic and a collaborative approach to supporting others.
