- Oversee daily office operations streamline workflows and maintain efficient administrative processes.
- Supervise train and support administrative staff.
- Coordinate office technology equipment telecommunications and facility maintenance needs.
- Manage petty cash bank deposits credit card reconciliations invoices and expense tracking.
- Coordinate purchasing of office supplies equipment and vendor services while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Support program operations grant-related requests and agency-wide administrative needs.
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings candidate screening interviews onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Maintain personnel records and ensure timely processing of employment licensing and compliance documentation.
- Monitor employee training requirements leave requests accommodations and return-to-work statuses.
- Serve as a primary HR resource for employees regarding policies benefits workplace concerns and employee relations matters.
- Partner with leadership and Human Resources on investigations performance management corrective actions and employee transitions.
- Coordinate safety meetings workplace inspections disaster preparedness activities and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Support licensing compliance agency audits CARF reviews and external inspections.
- Manage company vehicle records maintenance tracking and reporting of workplace injuries and vehicle accidents.
- Assist with office relocations operational transitions and agency events.
- Facilitate meetings prepare agendas and provide administrative support to division leadership.
- Promote a safe respectful and inclusive workplace while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulations.
- Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefit Package: This is an hourly non-exempt position and starting pay will be dependent on qualifications experience internal equity and budget considerations. The salary range for this position is $25.00-$27.00 per hour.
