• Full-time hours (40 hours per week)Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday shifts in April and May.
• Work Location: Fort Collins CO office.

• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Answer calls emails and texts from customers and field technicians.
• Provide service information and resolve customer issues.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle calls efficiently.
• Accurate data entry to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
• Process payment transactions securely.
  
  

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in Google Suite calendar tools and Excel.
• Ability to learn new systems like our CRM software.
• Strong customer retention skills.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
