Compensation: $70000 - $75000 annually based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead coach and develop front office and clinical support staff
- Foster a positive and collaborative office culture
- Conduct team meetings and communicate practice goals and expectations
- Assist with recruiting onboarding and training new team members
- Manage employee performance and accountability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff concerns and operational issues

- Oversee daily office operations and workflow efficiency
- Ensure schedules are optimized to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction
- Monitor patient flow and address operational bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and dental industry regulations
- Maintain office systems equipment coordination and vendor relationships

- Financial Performance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and office goals
- Support revenue growth initiatives and patient retention efforts
- Review production collections and scheduling metrics
- Help manage office expenses and payroll-related processes
- Ensure accurate financial and administrative reporting

- Patient Experience
- Promote exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey
- Resolve patient concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Build strong relationships with patients and families
- Ensure front office processes support a positive patient experience
- Human Resources & Compliance
- Assist with employee relations issues
- Support timekeeping payroll accuracy and staffing needs
- Ensure completion of required training and compliance activities
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and patient information
- Assist with employee relations issues
Qualifications
- 5 years of prior dental office management experience is highly preferred
- Experience with verifying insurance is required
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft software is a must
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
