Schedule and conduct daycare tours for prospective families
Follow up with leads and assist families through the enrollment process
Manage student registration and enrollment paperwork
Prepare invoices and assist with tuition collection
Maintain accurate child and staff records
Assist with staff scheduling and attendance tracking
Organize licensing and compliance documentation
Support communication between parents teachers and management
Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective families
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional and friendly customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
Experience in childcare preschool school administration medical office or customer service preferred
Enrollment or admissions experience
Bilingual is a plus
