As our Office Assistant you will be an integral contributor to our operational success providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.

Every day you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.

• Manage day to day operations of clinic functions.
• Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues.
• Efficiently direct patient flow throughout the clinic.
• Coordinate general front office activities including but not limited to; registration TOS collections verification of benefits appointment scheduling daily billing daily reconciliations and other related duties.
• Assist the manager to ensure appropriate staffing coverage at all times.
• Assist the manager with new hire or reoccurring training processes.

• This position oversees both Immanuel and Council Bluffs Womens Clinics. Therefore travel to Council Bluffs is required for a minimum of 2 days per week.

Preferred

• High School Graduate General Studies and 1 year of healthcare experience upon hire or
• High School GED General Studies and 1 year of healthcare experience upon hire
