Office & Facilities Coordinator Pay starting at 29.45hr

Job Summary
Shift: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
What you will do -
Manages scheduling and coordination of events related to general operations of assigned facilities.
Manage office security protocols and access
Order and manage kitchen and office supplies including vendor relationships and stocking
Serve as the IT liaison for office-related issues (e.g. Wi-Fi outages IT supplies IT closet)
Coordinate local onboarding for new hires including IT equipment setup and site information
Assist employees with navigating benefits enrollment and LMS training
Serve as the main point of contact for lab vendors
Assist with tracking equipment maintenance and calibration schedules
Provide administrative support for cleanroom operations as needed
Coordinate participation in safety training programs facilitated through Stryker Corporate
What you need -
Required -
2 years of relevant experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of multiple priorities and competing deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred -
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments and with external vendors
Ability to work independently with limited supervision using sound judgment to prioritize and problem-solve
29.45 - 40.42 USD Hourly
