Job Summary
Title: Office Engineer
Location: DMV & Eastern Shore Regions
Employment Status: Exempt
Salary Range: $60000 $75000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
Position Summary
Anchor Construction Corporation is seeking an Office Engineer to support project management teams in delivering safe profitable heavy civil construction projects. This role partners closely with Project Engineers field crews and subcontractors to ensure production goals documentation and contract requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily production tracking field timesheets and project documentation
Manage submittals drawings quantities RFIs and project records
Assist with invoices change orders and project schedules
Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure contract compliance and safety
Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and internal departments
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
Heavy civil construction experience required
Fluent in English and Spanish
Proficiency in Excel Word Primavera (P6) AutoCAD or similar software
Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills
