Job Summary
Under general supervision of the Senior Manager OTP Operations this position provides frontoffice and routine administrative support for the Office of the President. This position assists the Presidents Scheduler and Events Planner with scheduling and coordinating events contacting guests and campus visitors securing Presidential Event Form and parking.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as the first point of contact for the Office of the President and University Relations and Development directing callers and visitors to the appropriate individuals departments and campus areas.
- Facilitates work on special projects and initiatives and provides administrative support duties.
- Assists the Presidents Scheduler and Events Coordinator in scheduling and coordinating events contacting guests and campus visitors securing Presidential Event Forms and parking.

Compensation
Salary placement is determined by the education experience and qualifications the candidate brings to the position internal equity and the hiring departments fiscal resources.
- CSU Classification Salary Range: The CSU Classification Salary Range for this position is $4047 (Step 1) - $5896 (Step 20) per month.

Additionally they possess a strong understanding of graphic design principles and related software allowing them to create polished and effective visual communications.

Education and Experience
Equivalent to four years of administrative support experience required.
Bachelors degree is preferred and can be substituted for two years of experience.
