Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will handle a blend of reception and administrative duties while managing key operational tasks. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel alongside a strong understanding of office and marketing support. Additionally familiarity with health and safety in manufacturing environment procedures is highly desirable. As an Office Coordinator you will be the backbone of our daily operations ensuring seamless reception and administrative workflows while maintaining high standards for health and safety in manufacturing environment protocols.

  • Schedule: Full-Time Monday through Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (Occasional overtime may be required).
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience education certifications and specific job-related skills. Starting at $19-$20/hr depending on position and experience. Responsibilities Include:
  • Front Office Management: Serve as the face of the company by handling front-desk reception and administrative tasks greeting visitors and routing phone calls.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel daily to maintain precise digital records logs and spreadsheets.
  • Operational Support: Coordinate various office and marketing tasks including organizing promotional materials managing schedules and assisting with special projects.
  • Compliance Assistance: Support the management team in upholding strict standards for health and safety in manufacturing environment regulations ensuring a secure workspace for all employees.
  • Data Entry: Leverage advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel to generate reports track inventory and update internal databases.
