Job Summary
Seeking a personable organized and proactive Office Coordinator to be the frontline presence of the office. This highly visible role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for employees and visitors while keeping daily office operations running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Welcome employees clients and visitors creating a warm and professional first impression. Facilitate registration for onsite process.
- Receive and distribute all incoming/outgoing mail and packages. Prepare items for shipment and ensure all communication are updated and maintained in our system for shipping.
- Answer and direct incoming calls while providing outstanding customer service.
- Perform general administrative/office duties including but not limited to filing copy completing forms preparing other correspondence as needed.
- Manage office supplies kitchen and conference room maintenance on a daily basis.
- Oversee key/badge distribution assign fleet vehicles as needed and coordination of pickup.
- Provide support for special projects and cross-departmental events as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Basic knowledge of computer programs including but not limited to Microsoft Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Access Internet
- Knowledge of office practices
- 10-key skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to carry out basic instructions in written and verbal form
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
- Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize and resolve problems
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Education & Experience
- 2-3 years of related office administrative experience
Certifications & Licenses
- Current Notary Public certification would be a plus.
Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
- $19.30-$24.34 per hour based on specific compensable factors including but not limited to education work experience and geographic market.
- Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the companys performance and their own individual performance.
