GovFirst is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to work on commercial office cleaning operations in Edinburg VA.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain office buildings and common areas.
Sweep mop vacuum and dust assigned areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms break rooms and workspaces.
Perform floor care duties including buffing and polishing floors.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Maintain a clean safe and professional work environment.
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of commercial janitorial or office cleaning experience required.
Experience with mopping floor cleaning and floor buffing required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Reliable punctual and dependable work ethic.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift carry and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
Ability to stand walk bend stoop and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Work Conditions
Part-time schedule.
Indoor commercial office environment.
Routine performance evaluation based on quality of work and reliability.
