We are seeking a detailoriented outgoing and highly organized Office Assistant to support our Surgery this essential role youll help provide key administrative support as well as assisting with patient focused work. If you enjoy supporting a team work you can grow in and keeping things moving behind the scenes wed love to have you apply.
Whats Available:
0.9 FTE (72 hours bi-weekly)
Schedule: MondayFriday daytime hours 8:00 AM4:30 PM

Location: Onsite La Crosse

What you will do:
Provide LOVE MEDICINE by delivering exceptional first and last impressions for patients and families
Partner with providers clinical staff and leaders to support patient care and team success
Help with calendar management meeting prep and taking meeting minutes!
A variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations
What you need:
High School Diploma or equivalent
No experience required but clerical or office experience is a plus
Strong technology customer service and scheduling skills preferred
