Job Summary
- $14.00 hourly Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
- 8 - 10 hours per week
- 100% Remote Work Availability: No
- Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No
This is a part-time non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
- Assist with inventory project and related surplus requests
- Assist with records management project (scanning paper files and reorganizing digital files)
- Assist with data entry tasks
- Complete additional tasks as requested
- Experience with spreadsheets
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively set priorities manage time and meet task deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Accepted Federal Work Study award for Fall 2026
- Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for Fall 2026
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
