Office Assistant Public Health Program

• $14.00 hourly Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 8 - 10 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

This is a part-time non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

• Assist with inventory project and related surplus requests
• Assist with records management project (scanning paper files and reorganizing digital files)
• Assist with data entry tasks
• Complete additional tasks as requested

• Experience with spreadsheets
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to effectively set priorities manage time and meet task deadlines

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
• Accepted Federal Work Study award for Fall 2026
• Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for Fall 2026
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
