Integrity First Caregivers (IFC) Full-Time In-Office
Integrity First Caregivers is seeking a professional organized and dependable Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help ensure excellent service for our members staff and community partners.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented reliable customer-service focused and eager to grow within a mission-driven organization.
- Answer phones and assist callers professionally
- Greet visitors and provide administrative support
- Assist with filing scanning and maintaining records
- Support staff scheduling and communication
- Maintain confidential personnel and member records
- Assist with on-boarding paperwork and employee files
- Enter data and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate and schedule meetings training and events
- Conduct outreach and follow-up with staff applicants referral sources and community partners
- Support agency leadership with daily administrative tasks
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
- Strong organizational communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background screenings
- Administrative office healthcare or customer service experience
- Experience scheduling meetings and communicating with community partners
