Job Summary
What we are looking for
We are looking for a full-time Office Assistant to be based in our Long Beach Headquarters 5 days/week.
How you can make an impact
- Clerical tasks to maintain and service files and records and process simple documents.
- Sorts codes and files unclassified material by simple (subject matter) headings or partly classified material by finer sub-headings.
- May act as backup for phones.
- May serve as Key-Operator for copy machines. Including copying and binding reports and proposals.
- Opens sorts and distributes incoming mail. Collects weighs and wraps packages; determines postage for outgoing mail; maintains postage meter logs.
- Assists with record keeping maintenance including packing and file storage (on and off-site).
- Miscellaneous office labor including managing supplies files and office furniture and running errands.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prefer 1 year of related office experience.
- Valid drivers license with a driving record in good standing required.
Pay Range
USD $25.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
