• Oversee day-to-day office operations keeping the workspace organized efficient and welcoming
• Coordinate production schedules job timelines and crew/installer assignments to keep projects on track
• Track jobs from sale through completion proactively flagging delays or issues before they impact the customer
• Manage calendars scheduling and internal coordination across the team
• Occasionally travel to job sites in your own vehicle to check on progress meet installers or resolve issues (mileage reimbursed)
• Order and track materials as needed to keep projects moving on schedule

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone text and email
• Schedule appointments for Design Associates and manage follow-ups on open proposals
• Ensure a smooth professional and positive experience for every customer throughout their project
• Support and execute local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness
• Represent the business at home shows and community events (occasional evenings/weekends)

• Update Salesforce daily with job progress and customer information (training provided)
• Partner with bookkeeping support and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
• Meet weekly with the Owner to review sales performance production pipeline and project status
• Participate in weekly planning and strategy meetings
• Help improve processes identify efficiencies and take ownership of key administrative and operational functions
• Contribute ideas that shape the future of the business

• Strong organizational and project-coordination skills; comfortable managing multiple jobs at once
• Strong communication skills (especially over the phone)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with QuickBooks Online required
• Comfortable learning and using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Self-motivated proactive and solutions-oriented
• Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle for occasional job site visits (mileage reimbursed)
• Experience in flooring construction or home improvement is a plus (not required)
