Key Responsibilities
Office Administration (50%)
- Provide front office support including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
- Maintain a clean organized and professional office environment Manage office supplies kitchen inventory and vendor coordination
- Handle mail distribution scanning copying and correspondence
- Support meeting logistics conference room setup and internal events
- Assist executives with scheduling calendar management and travel coordination.
- Maintain accurate records files and confidential documents.
- Track subscriptions memberships and administrative expenses
Communications & Social Media (15%)
- Manage company social media platforms and content calendars
- Create and publish engaging posts graphics and promotional materials
- Assist with newsletters internal communications and announcements
- Update and maintain company website content and basic SEO
- Support digital tools such as QR codes and Linktree
Project & Event Support (15%)
- Assist with company projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate company events retreats and team-building activities
- Support customer outings industry events and registrations
- Manage promotional items corporate gifts and employee recognition efforts
- Collaborate with marketing partners and vendors
Additional Responsibilities (20%)
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks interruptions and special projects
- Coordinate office improvements maintenance and renovations
- Support community engagement and corporate initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or office experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- Experience with Canva (preferred) and video editing (a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work across all levels of an organization
- Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills
