This individual will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day office operations allowing the financial advisor to focus on the continued growth of the business.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong background in client service administrative and marketing support who thrives in a fast-paced client-focused environment. What youll do:
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly positive and warm manner
  • Manage advisors calendar including appointment scheduling and rescheduling
  • Ensure advisor is well-organized and prepared for client meetings
  • Assist clients with completing required paperwork and following through on service related requests
  • Maintain the firms CRM system (Wealthbox) through accurate data entry and database management
  • Build and improve upon client relationships
  • Support social media campaigns and marketing efforts through Snappy Kraken
  • Maintain office filing system both paper and electronic
  • Order supplies manage inventory process mail and deliveries
  • Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the team and ensure a high standard of service
What Were Looking For:
  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years of administrative office experience in a professional fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
  • Excellent communication; written and verbal professional and well spoken
  • Collaborative team player willing to assist others
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks
  • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Skilled in building strong trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive personalized service and guidance
  • Embraces change and adapts quickly to evolving processes
Bonus Points:
  • Financial industry experience
  • Fidelity investment experience is a plus
What Youll Get:

  • $50k-$60k/year based on experience

  • Hybrid work schedule
Schedule:
  • In office: Monday Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm Friday hybrid schedule
  • Occasional evening required for client events up to once per quarter
