Job Summary

The Motor Company is seeking a friendly organized and professional Office Administration/Receptionist team member to serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors. This position plays a key role in supporting daily dealership operations by managing cashiers office responsibilities assisting customers handling administrative tasks and providing support to multiple departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Manage customer inquiries and route requests to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a clean welcoming and organized reception area.
  • Assist with filing data entry document preparation and record keeping.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate customer communications.
  • Support accounting sales service and management teams with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain customer information and dealership records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with vehicle paperwork registrations and other dealership documentation as needed.
  • Perform general office duties including copying scanning and ordering office supplies.
  • Support special projects and other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous receptionist administrative assistant customer service or office experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
