Offboarding Supervisor (VolunteerRemote)

Job Summary
Collaborates with the Offboarding Manager and oversees a team of Offboarding Coordinators
Develops and implements strategies to improve and streamline the offboarding process
Ensures timely offboarding tracks pending cases and communicates with department managers regarding unresponsive team members
Oversees daily department workflow supports critical needs and coordinates national-level initiatives
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification a plus
Strong understanding of employment laws HR policies technology and technical roles
Excellent communication interpersonal organizational leadership and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks delegate effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Availability to volunteer 12-15 hours per week for a minimum of 12 months.
Must be U.S.-based and available during EST business hours
