Offboarding Supervisor (VolunteerRemote)

• Collaborates with the Offboarding Manager and oversees a team of Offboarding Coordinators

• Develops and implements strategies to improve and streamline the offboarding process

• Ensures timely offboarding tracks pending cases and communicates with department managers regarding unresponsive team members

• Oversees daily department workflow supports critical needs and coordinates national-level initiatives

• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations

• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification a plus

• Strong understanding of employment laws HR policies technology and technical roles

• Excellent communication interpersonal organizational leadership and time management skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks delegate effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to volunteer 12-15 hours per week for a minimum of 12 months.

• Must be U.S.-based and available during EST business hours
