DESCRIPTION:
Join our OEM Sales team at Thermo Fisher Scientific where youll contribute to strategic growth by leveraging our extensive technology and product portfolio in diagnostic and applied markets. Youll identify and develop high-value commercial supply opportunities focusing on IVD markets and out-licensing this role youll build and maintain strategic relationships across multiple functions and organizational levels with client companies from scientists to senior executives. Youll coordinate cross-functional teams to execute complex multi-year deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enabling our customers to develop innovative solutions that make the world healthier cleaner and safer.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree plus 5 years of experience in commercial experience in life sciences or diagnostics industry. Masters Degree preferred.
Preferred Fields of Study: life sciences biochemistry or related field
Strong knowledge of molecular biology cell biology and protein biology
Experience in negotiating complex supply agreements and managing sales funnels
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute territory plans and strategic account strategies
Success in building and maintaining relationships at multiple organizational levels
Project management and cross-functional team leadership capabilities
Understanding of intellectual property patents and contract law fundamentals
Experience in developing pricing proposals for customized long-term commercial agreements
Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Advanced problem-solving and technical support coordination skills
Strong communication and presentation skills in English required
Proficiency in local language(s) as required for specific regions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
Experience in IVD market and regulatory requirements preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

The salary range estimated for this position based in Texas is $77400.00$120000.00.Required Experience:
