Youll partner closely with the Purchasing Manager to support customers with parts inquiries quotations and order management. OEM Product Support Specialist Industrial Machinery Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customer replacement parts inquiries
Identify replacement components using ERP parts catalogs and technical documentation
Prepare quotations and process replacement parts orders
Coordinate order fulfillment shipping returns and customer updates
Resolve order discrepancies and provide responsive aftermarket support
Build strong relationships with industrial customers through exceptional service
Interpret technical drawings manuals and equipment documentation
Develop knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical components
Partner with warehouse and internal teams to ensure accurate order execution
Provide cross-functional support across parts purchasing and operations as needed

OEM Product Support Specialist Industrial Machinery Qualifications

3 years of experience supporting customers with products or service needs required
Working knowledge of mechanical components industrial equipment or machinery required
Able to work onsite daily required
