What Youll Do
As an OEM Paint Mixing Technician you will:
- Accurately mix OEM automotive paints using computerized mixing systems and manual hand-pour techniques
- Fill paint components according to established formulas and quality standards
- Measure weigh and dispense toners and additives with precision
- Prepare custom paint orders while ensuring color accuracy and consistency
- Operate clean calibrate and perform routine maintenance on paint mixing equipment
- Verify formulas labels batch information and documentation for accuracy
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area while following all safety procedures for handling paints and chemicals
- Monitor inventory levels of toners and mixing supplies and communicate replenishment needs
- Support continuous improvement efforts to increase quality efficiency and customer satisfaction
What Makes You Successful

- Have experience mixing automotive paint industrial coatings powder coatings or working in a collision repair or paint shop
- Have experience operating computerized paint mixing equipment

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently bend reach and grasp
- Lift and move materials and containers throughout the shift
- Read paint codes formulas labels and machine displays
- Safely operate paint mixing equipment and related machinery
- Work with paints powders and associated chemicals while following all required safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
