We are looking to add an OEM Account Manager to our teamwho will interface with customers including assigned key accounts as well as internal staff to develop and grow the assigned business. You will be responsible for acting as the customers primary point of contact and will oversee and report new product requirements track negotiations report orders entered and lost develop accurate monthly forecasts and report market trends in a timely and efficient manner.
In this Role responsibilities are to:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on commercial aviation OEMs Tier 1 suppliers and other strategic growth accounts.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and booking objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted account and market growth strategies.
- Partner with business unit teams to develop business cases and ensure sales objectives are aligned with proposal and bid strategies.
- Coordinate with channel alliance and go-to-market partners to support business growth and successful customer outcomes.
- Utilize market knowledge industry relationships competitive intelligence and customer insights to recommend investment priorities and resource allocation.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable short- and long-term booking forecasts.
- Monitor trends developments and opportunities within the commercial aviation OEM supplier and systems integration markets.
- Prepare and deliver customer market and business performance analyses along with strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes strengthen performance and support organizational growth.
- Lead customer discussions to align on business objectives negotiate commercial agreements and establish mutually beneficial solutions.
- Travel expectation is approximately 70%
What youll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelors Degree with an engineering or equivalent preferred
- 3-5 or more years technical sales experience in Aerospace
- Proven track record of revenue growth with assigned book of business
- Manage projects and time without direction to meet organization objectives and customer requirements
- Knowledge of Aerospace industry regulations operating norms and requirements

The target wage/salary range for this role is $105k - $135K commission depending on education and experience.
