OCO Training Standards Specialist

Chiron Technology Services Inc. currently has a Offensive Cyber Operations Training Standards Specialist opportunity in the Annapolis Junction MD area. An active TS/SCI w/Polygraph Clearance is required for this position.

Description:

Contribute to the development of Cyber Mission Force (CMF) capability standards at the individual and unit-collective levels specifically supporting offensive cyberspace operations work roles as defined in the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) and Secretary of War Cyberspace Operations Force (COF) Memorandum (July 2025).

Assist in assessing the readiness of cyberspace forces to conduct offensive cyberspace operations.

Support the development and maintenance of training curricula schedules Joint Cyber Training and Certification Standards (JCT&CS) Training and Readiness (T&R) Manuals and other training documentation and guidance.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery to ensure offensive cyber training programs meet established objectives operational requirements and joint standards.

Assist in evaluating training objectives to ensure alignment with mission requirements and established training standards.

Review course materials and recommend revisions to maintain accuracy relevance and alignment with evolving offensive cyberspace operations requirements.

Assess training courses for equivalency against established joint training and certification standards.

Coordinate with stakeholders to support the development implementation and continuous improvement of offensive cyber training standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum ten (10) years of training experience

Minimum of Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university

Strong attention to detail and organizational Excellent communications skills.
