OCM Practitioner Change Management Lead

We are seeking a handson OCM Practitioner to lead change management activities for a complex SAP implementation supporting 50 field engineers. This role is a oneperson OCM function responsible for stakeholder engagement communications training development and adoption planning. The practitioner will work closely with the system integrator and internal SAP teams to ensure readiness for an October technical golive followed by enduser training and stabilization.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership

• Lead all OCM strategy and execution for the SAP deployment.
  

• Build stakeholder maps engagement plans and readiness assessments.
  

• Facilitate user demos and feedback sessions.
  

• Align change activities with technical milestones and SI deliverables.
  

Communications

• Write all project communications including emails newsletters and readiness updates.
  

• Produce clear concise content tailored to field engineers transitioning from paperbased workflows to SAP.
  

Training Strategy & Development

• Own the training plan and develop training materials (approx. 2025 assets).
  

• Deliver rolebased training for 50 end users with varying SAP experience.
  

• Leverage in-house resources and SAP teams for SAP Basics content.
  

• Support the model of technical golive first followed by enduser training.
  

Adoption & Readiness

• Create job aids quick reference guides and workflow documentation.
  

• Monitor adoption and adjust materials based on feedback.
  

• Support hypercare and stabilization activities postgolive.
  

CrossFunctional Collaboration

• Serve as the OCM point of contact for the system integrator.
  

• Coordinate with SAP functional teams project leadership and field engineering managers.
  

• 5 years of organizational change management experience (ERP/SAP preferred).
  

• Proven ability to operate independently as a oneperson OCM function.
  

• Strong writing skills for communications and training content.
  

• Experience developing training materials for technical or fieldbased users.
  

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar SAP modules.
  

• Experience working with system integrators.
  

• Background supporting transitions from paperbased processes to digital systems.
  

• Experience in utilities engineering or field services environments.
  

Hybrid role based in San Diego. Onsite presence required 12 days biweekly occasionally once per month.
