**Job Title: Sr. Program Manager Nextgen CPQ** **Location: Sunnyvale CA (5 days onsite)** **Duration: 12 Months** **Role Description:** The Sr. Program Manager Nextgen CPQ is responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of the Nextgen CPQ platform. This position oversees the planning execution and control of all aspects of the program including scope schedule budget resources quality risks issues and stakeholder management. This position works closely with business leaders IT teams vendors and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations objectives and outcomes. This position also ensures adherence to best practices for Nextgen CPQ implementation. **Job Experience :** - Bachelors degree or equivalent; masters degree preferred. - 5 years of leading global Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Advanced/ARM (Agent force Revenue Management) & other Salesforce Projects systems processes and suppliers. - Experience with managing suppliers including successfully implementing supplier service changes. - Experience in driving technology change and rollouts. - Ability to create business cases and get approval from C-level executives and business partners. **Job Responsibilities:** - Create and follow a strong program governance structure for clear communication good decisions and fast problem-solving. - Manage the program scope timeline and outcomes with project management methods and tools such as agile waterfall or hybrid. - Use EVM methods to monitor and report on the program performance progress and value. - Ensure resources are used well priorities are aligned and standards and best practices are followed. - Report regularly and accurately on the program status achievements challenges and risks using the right formats and tools. - Find assess and reduce potential program risks such as technical operational financial or reputational risks. Report issues as needed and have backup plans. - Work with the implementation partner to ensure quality and timely program delivery solve any problems or conflicts and provide feedback and guidance as needed. - Track the program budget and expenses and revenue against the plan. Report any differences or risks and suggest fixes. --- **Job Title: ServiceNow Admin/Developer** **Location: Sunnyvale CA (5 days onsite)** **Job Summary:** We are looking for skilled ServiceNow professionals (Admin/Developer) to support ongoing project and operational needs in an onsite staff augmentation model. The role focuses on ensuring smooth transition improving user adoption and minimizing resistance during transformation programs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive change management strategy for ServiceNow implementations. - Develop communication training and stakeholder engagement plans. - Conduct impact assessments and organizational readiness checks. - Enable user adoption and support transformation initiatives. ** Skills:** - 610 years of experience in OCM/Change Management. - Experience in IT transformation programs (preferably ServiceNow). - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. --- **Job Title: ITSM Lead (ServiceNow)** **Location: Sunnyvale CA (5 days onsite)** **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced ITSM Lead to oversee ServiceNow ITSM processes drive service improvements and ensure adherence to ITIL best practices in an onsite engagement model. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead ITSM processes (Incident Problem Change ). - Govern ServiceNow ITSM modules and drive process optimization. - Define and monitor SLAs/KPIs to improve service delivery. - Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices. - Manage client escalations and reporting. ** Skills:** - 812 years of ITSM and ServiceNow experience. - Strong knowledge of ITIL framework. - Proven experience in ITSM module implementation and support. --- **Job Title: Project Manager / Transition Lead (ServiceNow)** **Location: Sunnyvale CA (5 days onsite)** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Transition Lead to drive end-to-end transition and ServiceNow program delivery ensuring smooth onboarding stabilization and effective stakeholder management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead transition activities including KT shadow and reverse shadow phases. - Manage ServiceNow program delivery (scope timelines budget risks). - Coordinate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Ensure seamless onboarding and service stabilization. - Drive governance including status reporting RAID logs and steering meetings. ** Skills:** - 10 years of IT experience with ServiceNow program delivery. - Strong experience in transition/migration management. - ITIL certification (preferred). - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
