Location: Mundelein IL / Chicago IL (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an OCM Consultant on behalf of our client in Mundelein IL / Chicago IL to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced organizational change professional with a strong consulting background and hands-on expertise in leading large-scale change management programs. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience driving organizational readiness stakeholder engagement communication strategies and user adoption across complex transformation environments.

Experience within manufacturing environments is preferred along with prior exposure to enterprise consulting engagements and large-scale organizational programs.

• Lead and support end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for enterprise transformation programs.

• Develop and execute change management strategies implementation roadmaps and adoption plans.

• Drive stakeholder engagement change impact assessments readiness assessments and organizational culture analysis.

• Design and implement communication strategies training plans and user enablement programs to support successful adoption.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technology teams to support enterprise initiatives including digital transformation system integrations and process improvements.

• Partner with project leadership and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful program delivery.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of OCM deliverables.

• Track progress and provide status updates to leadership teams and project stakeholders.

• Build and maintain OCM documentation artifacts and program deliverables.

• Develop communication and stakeholder engagement materials to drive awareness readiness and adoption.

• 10 years of experience in consulting or industry with a strong focus on Organizational Change Management.

• Proven experience supporting multiple large-scale change management implementations and transformation programs.

• Hands-on experience leading end-to-end OCM initiatives in enterprise environments.

• Strong expertise in:

• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.

• Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Strong coordination communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience working with large consulting organizations or enterprise consulting environments.

• Prior experience within the manufacturing industry preferred.

• Familiarity with PROSCI or other change management methodologies is a plus.
