Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide pediatric occupational therapy services to school-age students across school home and community-based settings on Long Island. This position may include direct service supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) administrative responsibilities or a combination of duties based on provider experience availability and program needs.
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat students with developmental delays sensory processing challenges fine motor and visual-motor deficits self-care needs and functional skill needs. This role focuses on individualized interventions that support participation in classroom routines academic tasks daily living skills play and age-appropriate activities.
The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with families educators school staff service coordinators COTAs and interdisciplinary team members to support consistent and effective service delivery across settings.

Sign-On Bonus:

- Qualifications
Required Skills:
Qualifications Current New York State Occupational Therapist license required Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Pediatric experience preferred; EI and/or school-based experience a plus but not required Ability to pass required background checks and clearances Strong communication organization and clinical reasoning skills Ability to work independently across multiple settings while collaborating with a team Professional reliable flexible and child-focused
