Job Summary
Functions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide patient care and support activities as outlined in the patients plan of conjunction with the Occupational Therapist utilizes a wide variety of therapeutic techniques for the development and/or rehabilitation of patients with physical cognitive visual/perceptual visual-motor and functional deficits as related to Activities of Daily Living. Provides quality cost effective treatment to SMHCS customers. Provides patient family and/or caregiver education. Submits concise accurate and complete documentation and charges.
- Require current State of Florida Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) licensure.
