Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in Raytown MO. Were a locally managed rapidly growing provider with rehab facilities across Missouri offering one consistent location and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.

What Youll Do

• Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic neurological short-term rehab and long-term care
• Work under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist to support patients functional independence
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
• Use current equipment and modalities in our newly updated therapy gym

What Youll Need

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus but new grads are encouraged to apply.
