Responsibilities
Rehabilitative Care
Share your skills and training as a valued member of our on-site rehabilitative care team assisting with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
Provide attentive one-on-one therapy services for residents administering functional treatments that emphasize a holistic patient-centered approach to care.

LiveFit Wellness Program
Develop and maintain membership for Legacys Wellness Program.
Perform and document LiveFit services with residents in accordance with company policies and procedures under the guidance of the Rehabilitation Director/Area Rehab Director.
Deliver personal fitness services and LiveFit treatment plans in accordance with Legacys programs tailoring plans to improve health and fitness levels and meet each members goals.
Provide group fitness and wellness services through the LiveFit Program.
Complete required billing and documentation.
Assist with marketing the LiveFit program to increase membership.

Team and Professional Growth

Participate in department and facility meetings as required.

• Associates of applied science degree in area of discipline
• Current occupational therapy assistant license in state of practice or ability to obtain one prior to starting
• Excellent interpersonal fiscal and clinical skills
