What Youll Do

As a Home care COTA youll work under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient-centered care in the home.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in patients homes
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety with daily activities
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
