About the Role

Were looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled rehab team. This full time COTA willhelp patients regain strength balance and confidence following illness injury surgery or decline all while delivering care you can be proud of.

What Were Looking For

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OTA program
• Certified (or eligible) through NBCOT
• Active Tennessee COTA license
• Reliable transportation positive attitude and team-player mindset
• SNF experience is a plus but not required
