Shift: Day shift

Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in Chattanooga TN. Were a locally managed rapidly growing provider offering one consistent location no travel between buildings and supportive local leadership.

What Youll Do

  • Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic neurological short-term rehab and long-term care
  • Work under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist to support patients functional independence
  • Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
  • Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
  • Use current equipment and modalities

What Youll Need

  • Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Tennessee (or eligibility)
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus but new grads are encouraged to apply.

New to skilled nursing Many COTAs here treat the same diagnoses seen in hospital settings with more time to connect with and care for each patient.
