Join our team as an Occupational Therapy Assistant - PRN and support our residents with daily living activities providing personalized care to meet each residents needs. With all residents living on campus youll have the opportunity to be a part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.

How you will make an impact

  • Providing a holistic approach supporting the residents physical spiritual emotional and clinical needs
  • Following Medicare state and federal regulations company policies and procedures and ensuring departmental understanding and compliance in the areas of care provision documentation billing reimbursement resident rights customer service and compliance and other requirements as defined in the respective regulations.
  • Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.
  • Providing therapy duties in all settings across the Erickson continuum of care as needed
  • Documenting services and billing completed accurately in a timely manner using business line specific formats according to company and regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring that the residents plan of care (that has been developed by the OT) is communicated to the resident family and Physician

What you will need

  • Minimum 1 years experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Current valid state license (for state in which the community provides service) in occupational therapy Assistant where applicable.
