Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Topeka Kansas. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients functional needs develop personalized treatment plans and deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients quality of life. Duties include conducting assessments collaborating with interdisciplinary teams educating patients and their families and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance and optimize care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Occupational Therapy Rehabilitation and related therapeutic techniques
• Knowledge of Medicine and its application to therapy and patient care
• Experience or interest in working with Geriatrics in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients families and multidisciplinary teams
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Kansas or ability to obtain licensure
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and compliant documentation
