• TheEmplify Healthby Bellins outpatient occupational therapy team is looking for aPer Diemoccupational therapistwith a strong interest in outpatient hand and upper extremity orthopedics to join their team.
• The ideal candidate wouldhave an interest in hand and upper extremity orthopedicsand they would have a background in custom splinting. Certification in Hand Therapy is encouraged but it is notrequired. Our teamoffers various trainings to help develop these skills.
• Within this position you would be working alongside two fantastic fellowship trained hand orthopedic surgeons. This position would requireassistingwith staffing needs across our three outpatient hand therapy sites which include: Titletown Bellevue and Marinette.

• Responsible and accountable for independently providing quality professional occupational therapy services to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Occupational Therapy Practice Act AOTA Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics and Ethics Standards and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures.
• The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients staff and visitors and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.

• Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license and CPR certification required.
• Certification in Hand Therapy preferred.
