Occupational Therapist

Fidelity Partners Services LLC. is currently recruiting Educational Occupational Therapists for the San Antonio and Austin areas toevaluate and treat students with disabilities to enhance their functional independence within the educational environment. OTs willcollaborate closely with trans-disciplinary teams to design individualized plans improve fine/gross motor skills and ensure students can access their curriculum and school facilities.

• Conduct Assessments: Perform standardized and observational evaluations to determine a students need for occupational therapy.
• Direct & Indirect Therapy: Implement individualized treatment plans delivering both direct push-in/pull-out services and consultative support.
• Adaptive Equipment: Recommend fabricate and monitor the use of adaptive devices assistive technology or specialized seating.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Masters degree (or recognized equivalent) in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensure: Active state Occupational Therapy license (e.g. Texas Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners).
• Certification: National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) registration is often required or strongly preferred.
• Experience: Previous pediatric or school-based experience is highly preferred by most districts. 1 2 3
