Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide services in Howard County Public School System for the school year. This full-time position offers a consistent school schedule a collaborative team environment and the opportunity to help students build the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
About the Role
As a school-based OT youll support students in developing the functional skills needed for academic success and daily participation. Youll work with a diverse caseload addressing fine motor development sensory processing self-regulation and independence with school-related activities.
Schedule & Setting
MondayFriday school hours
No evenings or weekends
School holidays and breaks off
Collaborative student-focused team environment

Qualifications
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Maryland OT license (or ability to obtain)
NBCOT certification preferred
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Support students with fine motor sensory and daily living skills
Collaborate with teachers school staff and families
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state requirements
